Joyce L. Decker, age 83, Hackettstown died Sunday, September 6, 2015 at Hackettstown Regional Medical Center. Joyce was born August 1, 1932 in Newark, NJ. She is the daughter of the late Charles and Helen (Tomashausky) Bell. She was predeceased by her husband, in 2005 and predeceased by a son, Michael in 2014.
Joyce was of the Methodist Faith, she was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother & great grandmother, who loved to do needlework and spent hours crocheting.
She is survived by 4 sons; Walter Decker and his wife Kathy, Lloyd Decker, Joseph Decker and David Decker, 2 daughters; Charlene Cook and her husband Clinton; Katherine Clark and her husband Ray. grandson; Jerry Coulter. great grandson; Caleb Coulter.
Funeral Arrangement are under the direction of Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840.
