Frances H. Miller, 75, of Hackettstown, NJ, passed away at her residence on Monday, November 26, 2018. Born in Norfolk, VA, Frances was the daughter of the late Clarence & Pearl Savercool McConnell. Frances was a life long resident of Hackettstown and a member of the Hackettstown Baptist Church.
Frances is survived by many nieces and nephews along with one sister, Irene Lance of Tucson, Arizona. She was predeceased by two sisters, Margaret Lake & Juanita Gibbs. A private graveside service will be held at the Union Cemetery, Hackettstown, NJ. The Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
