Rosanne Young passed away peacefully surrounded by her children, music and scripture on Sunday November 3rd, 2013 in Hackettstown, NJ. She was born on March 30, 1938, the daughter of the late Agnes and Edward Brady. She is also predeceased by 1 sister; Irene.

She grew up in Bergen County and graduated from Ridgefield Park High School in 1955. She married Robert Young, January 1961 and together they raised 2 sons: Robert and wife Kelli and  James and wife Lisa, 1 daughter Maureen Szot and husband David.   She leaves behind 13 adored grandchildren; Dierdre, Owen, Caroline, Maeve, Maireade, Emily, Eric, Craig, Krista, Kevin, Liam, Shannon and Connor, her surviving siblings; Marilyn Loiacono, Agnes Musto and husband Bill and Edward Brady and wife Ellen, and Rita Carnevale along with many beloved nieces and nephews.

She worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant for different organizations for many years, ending her working career with Schindler Elevator in Morristown, NJ.

She will be remembered by all who knew her as a loving, caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.  Her faith in God was a soure of strength and resilience throughout her life, and an inspiration to those who loved her.

Visitation will be held on Wednesdy, November 6, 2013, from 2:00 - 4:00 PM and 7:00 - 9:00 PM at the Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ. 07840

A Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, November 7, 2013, 10:30 AM at St. Mary's Church Of The Assumption, 305 High St., Hackettstown, NJ. 07840.

Interment will be in Hackettstown Union Cemetery, Hackettstown, NJ following the Mass.

Goodbye to a very soulful person, I knew her through Joan Costello when they'd have bible studies at our home, in Wharton several years ago. GOD's PEACE BE WITH YOU, ROSE ANN, I know you will be sorely missed.
