Dear Betty and Family,
It has been my privilege to have known Elwood as a great construction superintendent , as well as , a truly ,caring , compassionate human being and he will be missed by all that knew him. My prayer is that the Lord will look upon him kindly and grant everlasting peace in Heaven which he surely deserves.
