Anthony J. DeRose, age 79, passed away on April 4, 2019. He was the son of the late Angelo "Skipy" and the late Chancie DeRose.  He’s survived by his loving wife of 57 years Margaret DeRose; Adoring daughters Lisa (DeRose)Grossi and Laura (DeRose)Wisse, two brothers, Bobby and wife Rose DeRose, George and wife Joan DiVito.  Also survived by five beautiful grandchildren Thomas Wisse along with wife Lauren, Lyle Grossi, Cassandra Grossi, Jason Wisse and Tyler Wisse.
Anthony was a devote Catholic that served his parish as a Eucharistic Minister, CYO Counselor and was an active member of the Cursillo movement.
He worked as a mechanical engineer who ascended to a management position for American Can Company and later for Howmedia Company. (Subsidiary of Pfizer Corporation)
I want to end this with our final thoughts. Anthony has left us and is pain free. We will miss him but he is in his glory because he is with the Lord.
On Monday, April 8, 2019 at 10:00am will be a celebration of life at: Saint Luke Parish, 256 West Mill Road Long Valley, NJ 07853.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Turner Syndrome Foundation in his honor.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Cochran Funeral Home, Inc. 905 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840.  Those wishing to leave an online condolence may do so at www.cochranfuneral.com/

Dear Marge and Family, my deepest condolences are with you. May this special soul Rest In Peace with the Lord. Anthony touched my heart years ago in bible study when he was the only man with a lot of woman and he shined like a star in his faith and I felt it! I am grateful to have a spiritual memory of this fine man who always shared the love of God and the love of his wife Marge and their family. For that I am grateful. God bless and embrace the Joy of the Lord now and forever. ❤️ Pam
