Barbara E. Kirdzik, age 75, a lifelong resident of Hackettstown and Allamuchy, NJ died on June 7, 2012 after a long 10 year battle with cancer, fighting to the very end. Barbara was born January 19, 1937 in Newton, NJ. She is the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth (Danks) Hoff. She was predeceased by her husband Benjamin William Kirdzik and a Son, David Kirdzik.

She was employed by Stuber Ins. Agency, Hackettstown, NJ as a Claims Processor.
Barbara was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, Hackettstown, NJ; member of the Hackettstown Historical Society, Long Valley Bridge Club, the Hackettstown and Mansfield Seniors, former President of the Independence PTA, was a volunteer at the Trinity Thrift Shop and she loved to paint.

She is survived by 1 Son- Gary and his wife Cathy Kirdzik; 1 Daughter- Debbie and her husband Greg Vanderydt; 2 Brothers- Charles and his wife Jeanne Hoff; John and his wife JoAnn Hoff; Grandchildren, Amanda, Adam, Grant, Blake, Shannon, Cameron & Connor; daughter in law, Colleen Kirdzik; Best Friend, Willy Vanderydt

A memorial service will be held 1:00 pm on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, N.J. 07840 Interment is Private

Visitation will be Saturday, June 16, 2012 from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM at Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, N.J.
