William J. "Bill" Depp

William J."Bill" Depp 78 of Hackettstown died Friday April 1, 2016 at Warren Haven in Mansfield Township. Born in Newark, NJ a son of the late William V. and Beatrice (Scales) Depp, III. Bill lived in Hackettstown for the past 35 years. He retired from the maintenance department with the North Hunterdon - Voorhees Regional High School District. Bill was a member of the Musconetcong Lodge # 42 F&AM Budd Lake and the Shongum Gun Club in Mansfield Township. He is survived by his wife, Shirley and step-son, Dale Parks, step-daughter, Cindy Stokes, and his sister Dorothy Nichols of Rosetto, PA. Private services at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to Cochran Funeral Home 905 High St. Hackettstown, NJ 07840.

Have not seen Bill in a few years but remember him well from Hackettstown Power Mower. Always a kind and gentle man. He will be missed.
