Joan C. Lundy, age 75, of Hackettstown, NJ died Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Joan was born March 7, 1937 in Quincy, MA. She is the daughter of the late August and Jenny (Eaniri) Mecurio. She was predeceased by her husband, late Robert A. Lundy in 1989.

She was employed by Quick Check, Hackettstown, NJ as a Cashier for 17 years.
Joan loved to spend time with her family.

She is survived by ; 1 son & wife, Robert & Michele Lundy; 2 Daughters & Husbands, Jennifer Lundy-Payson & David Payson; Robin & Michael Appeld; 3 Grandchildren, Robert Lundy, Caroline Ball And Michael Appeld; 4 Great Grandchildren, Jenisis, Shealynn, Michele And Averie; predeceased by a brother and a sister, Joseph Mecurio and Rose Cunningham.


There will be a Graveside Service at 12:00 pm on Friday, September 28, 2012 at Hackettstown Union Cemetery, Mountain Avenue, Hackettstown, N.J. with interment to follow.
