Cecelia Radaskiewicz, age 89, a lifelong resident of Great Meadows, NJ died Saturday, July 28, 2012 at Warren Haven Nursing Home of Oxford, NJ. Mrs. Radaskiewicz was born April 8, 1923 in Oxford, NJ. Cecelia is the daughter of the late Peter and the late Cecelia (Hammer) Michalowski, wife of the late Joseph Radaskiewicz. She is also predeceased by 10 brothers and sisters: John, Theodore, Charles, Fred, Michael, Peter, Lillian, Pauline, Katherine and Anna Mae.

She was employed by Hercules, Inc., Chester, NJ as an Assembly Line/Factory Worker. Cecelia was also formerly employed by Pyronics, Hackettstown, NJ and Oxwall, Oxford, NJ. She was a member of the Independence Fire Squad Ladies Auxiliary, Great Meadows, NJ. She enjoyed to sew and do cross stitch embroidery, loved going to bingo, cooking and spending time with her loving family and friends.

She is survived by her daughters; Constance Pryslak and husband Michael and Lorraine Conde and husband James, one son; Joseph F. Radaskiewicz and wife Cindy. 6 Grandchildren; Cynthia, Sandra, David, John, Laurie and Heather and 9 Great Grandchildren; Anthony, Tyler, Taylor, Christopher, Mark, Joshua, Emily, David and Dalton. Many nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held 10:00 am on Thursday, August 2 at Cochran Funeral Home, Inc., 905 High Street, Hackettstown, N.J. Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 1, 2012, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cochran Funeral Home with a  prayer service at 6:30 pm with Father Joe Goode presiding. Burial will be in Pequest Union Cemetery, Great Meadows immediately following services on Thursday.
