Frank D. Viazanko, 85, passed away on Nov. 20, 2014, at Heath Village in Hackettstown, NJ. Prior to moving to Heath Village, he resided in Edison, NJ for 40 years. Frank served in the US Army in peacetime and was stationed in Japan for 16 months. He graduated from Pennsylvania State College with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and earned an MS from Newark College of Engineering. Frank retired from Amerada Hess after over 40 years of service at their locations in Baltimore, MD, St. Croix, US Virgin Islands and Woodbridge, NJ.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Audrey (nee Waitz), daughters Patricia Leahy of Port Murray, NJ and Lisa Viazanko of Newtown, PA, his grandsons Spencer and Alex Leahy and his sister Marlene Johnston of Mt. Pleasant, PA.
A memorial service will be held at 1PM on Sunday, Nov. 30, in the chapel at Heath Village, Schooleys Mountain Rd., Hackettstown, NJ.
