Dante Feci, of Hackettstown, N.J., died on Sunday, April 27, 2014 at Paragon Village, Mt. Olive Twp., N.J. with his loving family at his side; He was 91 years old.
Born in Borgotaro, Italy on March 29, 1923, he was the son of the late Mr. & Mrs. Guido Feci. Dante moved to the United States as a young adult and proudly served in the United States Army during WWII attaining the rank of Sergeant.
Most recently Mr. Feci was employed by the town of Hackettstown's Parking Authority and previously worked in N.Y.C. as a banquet leader at the N.Y. Hilton.
He was a member of American Legion, Blue Ridge Post #134 of Hackettstown, St. Mary’s Church of the Assumption, Hackettstown. In addition to his family, Dante’s passions included Gardening, Trout fishing and the New York Yankee’s…
Dante is surved by his devoted wife Tina Ferrari Feci whom he married on June 29, 1946. They have lived in the greater Hackettstown area since 1998 coming from Palisades Park, N.J. where they raised their family consisting of two sons, Frank and his wife Linda Feci of Hackettstown; Arthur and his wife Linda Feci, Palm Coast, Fla. Lastly, he is survived by 5 loving Grandchildren.
Visitation will take place on Wednesday, 4-30-14 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High St., Hackettstown, N.J., 07840. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday, 10:30am at St. Mary’s Church of the Assumption, 305 High St., Hackettstown. Cremation will be private.
