Beverly J. Heater, 83, of Green Township, NJ passed away on Sunday, September 3th, 2017 in Newton, NJ. Born February 22, 1934 in Wysox, PA, Beverly was the daughter of the late John H. & Lizzy J. Hawley Steele, Sr. Mrs. Heater was previously employed for 21 years as a packer with M&M Mars Candy Co. in Hackettstown, NJ. A longtime resident of the area, Beverly was a member of the Tranquility United Methodist Church, Tranquility, NJ; Blue Ridge post #164 American Legion, Hackettstown, NJ; The Tranquility Cemetery Association as well as the Sussex County, NJ Chapter of the Red Hat Society. Mrs. Heater is survived by her loving son, Dale Durling, Sr. and his wife Gail of Andover, NJ. Beloved Grandchildren, Dale Durling, Jr. and his wife Veronica & Renay Grover and her husband, Dan. Great Grandchildren, Dale Durling, III, Ryan & Lauren. Visitation will take place at the Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ, 07840 from 10:00am to 11:00amon Saturday, September 9th. Funeral services will begin at the end of the visitation. Interment will follow at the Tranquility Cemetery, Tranquility, NJ.
