Foster lived in the Panther Valley section of Allamuchy Twp. for the past 20 yrs. coming from Montclair, N.J. grew up in Montvale N.J. and White Plains, N.Y. and was born in Brooklyn, New York on 10/28/30.

Occupation: Mr. Cooper retired from Wertheim & Co. N.Y., N.Y. as Managing Director in 1987. His own firm, F.B. Cooper & Co. had been acquired by Wertheim & Co. years earlier. He began his career on Wall Street in 1953.

Additional Information: Mr. Cooper Graduated from Princeton University in 1953 where he played Center for the Schools Basketball team from 51' to 53'. He was a Vestry member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Montclair, N.J. from 65'-67'. Was a Town Councilman and Founder of People's Bank of Montvale, N.J. in the 1960's. Of recent years, Mr. Cooper has been active serving on various committees and Board's of the Panther Valley Golf & Country Club, Allamuchy, N.J. and was a strong supporter of the Hackettstown Regional Medical Center. Mr Cooper was an avid woodworker and loved the game of Golf. Lastley, Mr. Cooper was a modest gentleman who considered his greatest accomplishment that of his family; always attending his children's sporting events while they were in school and teaching them to become well-rounded and self reliant people. He will truely be missed by all that knew him...
