Rudolph B.  Hoernlen, Jr., 52 , died  06/02/06 in  Easton Hospital, Easton, Pa..  Rudolph lived in  Hackettstown area for the past 25 yrs. coming from North Carolina. Rudy spent his childhood in Chester, N.J. and was born in Morristown, New Jersey on 09/13/53.

2 beloved nieces Heather & Danielle Hewitt.
He is predeceased by 2 sisters Tami & Gail.

Occupation: He was formerly self employed as a Mason.

Veteran Info: United States Marine Corp. 1970 - 1977 having served 2 tours in Vietnam.

Additional Information:  Member of American Legion Post #164, Hackettstown, N.J. as well as the Gladstone, N.J. American Legion. He was also a recipient of a Medal of Recognition given by the Belvidere American Legion several years ago. Rudy was very proud to participate in local Legion events and most recently marched with the color guard of the Hackettstown memorial day parade.

Visitation: Monday 6-5-06 from 6-9pm at the Funeral Home.

Services: Tues. 6-6-06 at 11:00am- Sts. Peter & Paul R.C. Church, route 46, Great Meadows, N.J.

In Lieu of Flowers: Donations to your local American Legion or P.O.W/M.I.A. Fund.

Interment: Will be Private.
