Services: - A memorial service has been planned by her former employer, Hackettstown Regional Medical Center, for November 7,2010 at 7:30 pm in the West Wing Room at Hackettstown Regional Medical Center, 691 Willow Grove St. Hackettstown,NJ 07840. Yvonne's family will celebrate Yvonne's life at a private family memorial service at a later date.
