Thomas G. Quinn, Sr., 76 , died  08/29/09 in  Embracing Hospice, Cumming, Ga. surrounded by his loving children.  Thomas lived in  Jamaica, Queens where he grew up with his six siblings and after his marriage to Marjorie (Bleau), raised their four children in Blairstown, NJ; he later moved to Hackettstown, NJ where he lived for the past 15 years and was born in Bellaire, NY on 04/22/33.

Occupation: Thomas "Tom" was a local disc jockey in Newton, NJ at WNNJ and then later worked as a salesman for Paul Revere Life Insurance for over 25 years.

Veteran Info: He served in the United States Army during the Korean War.

Additional Information:  Tom was very active throughout his life with the Catholic Church. He was an active member of St. Jude's R.C. Church, Blairstown, NJ as well as St. Mary's Church Of The Assumption, Hackettstown, NJ. While at both parishes, Tom was a Lector and Eucharistic minister as well as a member of the Knights of Columbus at St. Mary's. Tom dedicated his time to the Warren County Office of Aging as a volunteer to the local shut in elderly and took communion to those hospital bound. In retirement, the love of children drew him to work as a volunteer at Mansfield Elementary School as a lunch monitor. Tom loved music, Broadway shows and politics and considered himself a "renowned food critic", but Tom was most committed to his family.

Services: Mass on Thursday, September 3, 2009 at 10:00 AM- St. Mary's Church Of The Assumption, 305 High St., Hackettstown, NJ 07840
