Occupation: Ezekiel was the owner/operator of Ampco, Plainfield, NJ, a metal products company he had founded. Although he was a grade school dropout in order to assist his family during the Great Depression, Ezekiel earned his high school equivalency and went on to earn his Bachelors, Masters and Doctorate Degrees in the 1970's following his retirement. He was a former English Teacher.
Veteran Info: He was a decorated WW II veteran, having served his country both in the US Army and then re-enlisting in the Merchant Marines during the war
Additional Information: Mr. and Mrs. Barber traveled the world for two decades, circling the globe ten times and returning to India no less than 25 times, where they maintained a winter residence in New Delhi. Dr. Barber's doctoral thesis was a study of the Jews of India. The Barbers are Founding Fathers and generous supporters of Pax Amicus Castle Theatre in Budd Lake, NJ
