After retiring from nursing, Cecelia worked at the Hackettstown Public Library as an assistant for 3 years, then as parish secretary for 3 1/2 years and finally joined the parish "Steward" program as a full time volunteer.

Additional Information:  She was a graduate of St. Elizabeth's Hospital School of Nursing, Elizabeth, NJ Class of 1953; Cecelia had the honor of being the recipient of the "Medal Regina Nostra" in March of 2006 for her commitment and devotion to the Blessed Mother. She was a member of St. Mary's Church Of The Assumption where she was a member of Legion of Mary, RCIA team leader and "Partners in Ministry" on a Diocesan level. She was also the leader of baptismal preparation for the parish.
