To the Family & Friends of Wayne Graham, although words cannot explain for this lost, sending my condolences to your family at this hard time. Those that we love, can never be more than just a thought away... For as long as there's a memory, they live in our hearts to stay, they walk beside us everyday... Unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed & very dear. You may be gone, but will never be forgotten.
