John M. Vargas Vila, age 76, of Washington Township, Long Valley, NJ died Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at home in Long Valley. Mr. Vargas Vila was born March 5, 1936 in Mountain Lakes, NJ. He was the son of the late Mario and Olga Vargas Vila. He was married to Marion Vargas Vila.
John was a devoted husband and father, he loved spending time with his family. John also was an avid motorcycle and sport car enthusiast.
He is survived by his wife: Marion Vargas Vila, 2 sons - Michael Vargas Vila and Christopher Vargas Vila and his wife Jamie; daughter - Diana Vargas Vila; brother - Richard Vargas Vila and his wife Judy.
John was predeceased by his late brother, Mario Vargas Vila and late sister, Diana Kemp.
The funeral service will be held 3:00 pm on Sunday, May 20, 2012 at Cochran Funeral Home, Inc., 905 High Street, Hackettstown, N.J. 07840 with Rev. Joseph McCarthy officiating.
