Barbara Luteran Lovgren, 78, of Lake Shawnee Section of Jefferson Township, N.J. passed away on Saturday, 2-16-13 at St. Clare's Hospital, Denville Campus, Denville, N.J. after a brief illness.
Born February 5, 1935 in Stanhope, N.J., she was the daughter of the late George & Anna Stankosh Luteran. Barbara was a Homemaker and lived in the Warren and Morris County area of New Jersey all of her life. She loved going to Atlantic City whenever time would allow.
She is survived by Sisters Anna Bardi, Vera Burton, Elizabeth Tynan, Frances Bachert and Dorothy Whitehead. Brothers, Adam and Joseph Luteran. Also surviving are several Nephews and Nieces. She was predeceased by her Husband, Milton Lovgren in 2006 and her long time companion, Winfield Blanchard, as well as Brothers, George & Lewis Luteran.
At Barbara's request, there will be no calling hours and private services will be held at the convenience of the family. The Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High St., Hackettstown, N.J. 07840 has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements. Online condolence may be made at www.cochranfuneral.com .
