 Marie Patricia Thomas, age 93, of Hackettstown died Sunday, May 10, 2020 at House of the Good Shepherd, Hackettstown, NJ.  Marie was born July 14, 1926 in Newark, NJ to the late Lorence and Florence (Keller) Thomas.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter,Jayne Walsh.  

She was previously employed by Home Health Care, Phillipsburg, NJ as a Home Health Care Aid, prior to that she was a Nursing Assistant for Massachusetts Eye and Ear Hospital, Boston, MA.  Marie was an accomplished poet, and a devoted mother and grandmother.She always went above and beyond for her children and grandchildren.  

She is survived by her loving sons,Robert J Litfin, Richard A. Litfin, two cherished daughters,  Judy Alpaugh, Jeannie Hezel and husband Carl, three grandchildren, Craig Capinjola and wife Vangie, Bradford Walsh and Travis Hezel.  She was and always will be the greatest mother, grandma in the whole world.
