We were saddened to hear of the passing of Jim. We have been next door neighbors for 20+ years. Not long after we moved here we had our basement flood in a storm. Jim went and got the fire truck and helped pump out all 18 inches of water. We were so thankful. He was always so pleasant and cheery. Our beloved dog, Mitze, really favored Jim too. He will be greatly missed. May he find peace with the Lord. We send our sincere sympathy and condolences to all the family.
