She was employed by Maxon Corp. and H. Burd & Son of Hackettstown as a Secretary before her retirement.
She is survived by her husband: Harold Chesniak, one son, Luke Chesniak and his wife Christine of Old Forge, Pa. Two grandson; Luke Chesniak Jr. and his companion Erica and Christopher Chesniak and his wife Charli. Two great grandchildren; Marli and Maci.
The funeral will be held 10:00 am on Saturday, August 18 at Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, 120 Dover-Chester Road, Randolph, NJ. Burial will be at St Michael’s Russian Orthodox Church in Old Forge, PA, on Monday, August 20 at 11:00 am.
Calling hours will be Friday, August 17 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Cochran Funeral Home, Inc., 905 High Street, Hackettstown, N.J..
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Karen Ann Quilan Hospice Foundation, 99 Sparta Avenue, Newton, NJ 07860

Dear Harold and Family
My deepest condolences and sympathy. I remember how thoughtful kind and considerate Pat was when you and I were roommates in the hospital years ago and she shared a delicious recipe with me. May the Cherished Wonderful Memories of Pat give you comfort during this difficult time. It was a Blessing to meet her and experience such a sweet nice person RIP

Patsy was one of a kind. A special mother, grandmother, wife and friend she cared for everyone and showed it in so very many ways. Thank you Harold for sharing her with the rest of us. I cannot imagine how much she will be missed! Knowing her for more than fifty years I can truly appreciate her warmth and generous spirit. Rest In Peace, Patsy. Send our love to all our angels there to welcome you!
