Helen R.  Wise

Helen Wise, age 69, of Independence, NJ died Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at Hackettstown Regional Medical Center after a 13 month struggle with breast cancer.  Born January 5, 1945 in Yorkshire, England, she was the survivor of triplets and the daughter of the late Reverend Francis & Joan Westmacott.  Helen has lived in the Hackettstown area for the past 10 years coming from Long Island, NY where she raised her family.
Helen is survived by three children, Alex Wise and his wife Sarah of South Huntington, NY, Jennifer and her husband Michael Howlin of Independence, N.J. and Heather Wise of South Huntington, NY.  Helen was also deeply loved by five grandchildren, Daniel, Emma, Dylan, Brandon and Tyler.  She is also survived by 4 sisters, one brother and many nieces and nephews.  Helen lived for her family, most of all her grandchildren.
Calling hours will be Thursday, January 16, 2014 from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM and Friday January 17, 2014 from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM at the Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840. 

A cremation was private.  A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at 11:00 AM at St. James Episcopal Church, 124 Washington Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840 followed by a luncheon.

We are so sorry to hear of Helen's passing! We loved her very much and enjoyed seeing her for her routine visits. She was great person and you guys took such good care of her!!! Prayers and thoughts going out to your whole family.
