Mr. Swinson was such a joy and a blessing to your family so my mere words cannot take away the pain that all are feeling. May you find comfort in each other and in God’s word. God’s love is proved by His memory of your father in every detail. If not one sparrow falls to the ground without His notice, certainly he will not forget such a kind and caring man.—Matthew 10:29,31; John 5:28, 29, Psalm 37:11, 29

Our dear, dear Uncle Harold, my father’s best friend, made this world a better place and we are diminished by his passing. Our hearts and prayers go out to his immediate family who are now experiencing such a profound loss. He was to all of us: a bright light, a kind heart, a generosity of spirit, and always, a look toward the future and an openness to possibility. May he experience the joy of reunion with his , and our, beloved Margaret. The laughter you will hear is the angels as they welcome him joyfully into heaven…
