Thomas Ratliff, age 53, of Flanders, NJ died Monday, October 12, 2020 at home in Mt Olive Township.  Thomas was born September 9, 1967 in Rahway, NJ. He was the son of the late Elizabeth Kurz and the late John Ratliff.
