Lorenzo A. Chieppa, age 93, of Hackettstown, NJ died Sunday, February 21, 2021 at home.  Lorenzo was born April 8, 1927 in Newark, NJ. He is the son of the late Anthony and the late Jennie (Pucillo) Chieppa.

He served in the Army during World War II from 1946 to 1948.  Lorenzo was an avid hunter and fisherman.

He is survived by one daughter, Denise Chieppa Giaimo, one son, Dr. Wayne Chieppa and his wife Barbara, three grandchildren, Thomas Giaimo, Marc Chieppa, Samantha Chieppa, two great grandchildren, Graceyn Billing, Olivia Billing, one sister, Antoinette “Nan” Chieppa.  He was pre deceased by six siblings, Angelo Chieppa, James Chieppa, Ann “Peggy” Benaquista, Angela “Marie” Marino, Marie “Connie” Arre, and Dolores Franks.
