Edna Galdi, 82 of Hackettstown NJ, passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023 in Morristown Hospital, Morristown, NJ.  Born September 21, 1940 in Newark, NJ Edna was the daughter of the late Elmer and Barbara McElhose.

Edna has lived in Hackettstown since 2010.  However, she lived in New Jersey for almost her entire life.  She was a homemaker who had a special fondness for cats and would often take stray cats in to give them a quality life.  Her greatest joy was to be a mother and then a grandmother. The best days were those spent with her family.

She is survived by her two children, Robin Iaione and Mark Galdi.  Edna has 8 loving grandchildren.  She was predeceased by her 2 sisters Eleanor McElose and Barbara Grebey and survived by Dolores Toth.
