Andrea M. Watson, loving mother and wife,  passed away on Thursday, March 23, 2023 in Hackettstown N.J. She was 79.

Andrea was born January 15, 1944 in Jersey City and grew up in Harrison. She attended Holy Cross Elementary School and graduated from Queen of Peace High school in North Arlington, NJ. Shortly after marrying John Watson in 1966, Andrea moved to Mansfield NJ, where she raised her family. She resided in Mansfield for 54 years. Andrea spent many years enjoying her work in the floral department at ShopRite. She loved spending time with family and friends and with her quick wit and sense of humor, Andrea was able to put a smile on the faces of many. 

She is survived by her daughter, Laura Watson and her sister Carol Apicelli. Andrea was also blessed with two loving grandchildren, Claire and Timothy McMenamin, of Ellington, CT. She also leaves behind beloved nieces and nephews: Michael Apicelli, Donna (Bob) Penna, Stephanie Voros, Valerie Voros and Lisa (Tony) Rosano. 

Andrea was predeceased by her parents Mary and Julus Voros, her husband John Watson and son Richard Watson, along with her brother Gerald Voros

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of the Mountain Church, 2 E Springtown Road, Long Valley, NJ 07853 on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 11:30 am.
