Patricia A. Phoebus, age 71, of Hackettstown died Saturday, July 22, 2023 at Brakeley Park Center of Phillipsburg, NJ. Patricia was born December 10, 1951 in Dover, NJ. She is the daughter of the late William and Mary (Transue) Smith. She married Robert Phoebus.
She was employed by Heath Village, Hackettstown NJ as a(n) Manager in House Keeping.
She is survived by her two children. Keith Phoebus and wife Jennifer and Robert Phoebus and wife Rebecca Her 5 grandchildren; Breena, Logan, Tyler, Ian and Macie. She is also survived by her significant other Steve Wilson.
