Foster Leo Badgley was born on October 28, 1945, in Newark, New Jersey. He graduated from Barringer High School in Newark. He served in the Newark Police
Department from 1968-1997, achieving the rank of sergeant. He then held a subsequent career with Prudential and later as a Private Investigator.

Foster accepted Jesus Christ in 1979 at Full Gospel Tabernacle in Randolph, NJ. His life was never the same and he led many others to faith. He was a habitual reader of the
Bible and led a daily prayer life.

In 2020 he moved out of New Jersey for the first time to live beside his daughter and son-in-law in the metro Atlanta area. For the next four years, he loved Georgia, his golf
club, his church family, and Pastor Jason Cook at Fellowship Bible Church in Roswell.

He is survived by his wife, Linda, of 54 years, his son Joe, daughter Johnna, son-in-law Josh, and grandchildren, Joey, Dominic, Sophia, Janelle, and Evangelia.

Foster’s life celebration will be at Grace Church on the Mount,
Netcong. 1500 US-46 Ledgewood, NJ 07852 on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at 12:00 pm.
