Robert Swayze, age 68, of Hackettstown died Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at home.  Robert was born August 24, 1956 in Denville, NJ to the late Russell and Jeanette (Grover) Swayze.  In addition to his parents, Robert is preceded in death by his brother, Russell.

Robert served proudly in the US Air Force and the National Guard.  He was formerly employed by Century Link, Annandale, NJ as a Lineman.  Robert was an avid gun collector, in his younger years he loved to fish and hunt and was a history buff.

Robert is survived by his two daughters, Jessica Parello and husband Andrew, Lauren Swayze, his son, Jacob Swayze, a brother, David Swayze, a sister, Elaine Morgan and husband Donald, and four grandchildren, Ashley Parello, Caleb Champagne, Kristen Parello, Carter Parello and his friend and  ex-wife, Regina Swayze.
