Frances Katherine Kosinchuk (nee. Klimas) peacefully passed away Friday November 21, 2025 in Jupiter FL.  She was 97.

Fran was born May 3, 1928 in Great Meadows, NJ and attended a one room schoolhouse with all her siblings.  The family lived in Great meadows in the historic Danville House.

Fran attended Hackettstown High School.  In addition to raising a family in Hackettstown, she maintained a career as a secretary and office manager for several medical offices.   She later worked for M&M Mars until her retirement.  While in Hackettstown, Fran was a communicant of the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.  Most of all, she was a devoted wife and loving mother.   She was loved and respected by all who knew her.

Together with her husband Anthony (Tony), they raised three wonderful children.  Daughter, Maryann Partika (husband Larry), son, Mark, and son, Anthony (husband Doug).

Fran was blessed with two beautiful grandchildren, Christopher Partika ( wife Kristina), and Michaelene Henrichs( husband R.J.)  Also, four great grandchildren, Henry, Katie, Daniel and Ashley.

Fran was the daughter of Helen and Victor Klimas.  She was one of nine children and is survived by sister, Susie and brother Sonny (wife Brenda).  Deceased are Jeannie, Helen, Vicky, Tessie, Klee, and Mickey.

Fran retired with Tony to Jupiter, Florida, where they lived together until Tony’s passing in 1992.  She enjoyed her time in Florida for the remainder of her life. She loved Christmas, dining out, the dogs, movies, and spending time with her family.

A Memorial service and blessing will be held at Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street Hackettstown, NJ 07840 on Thursday December 4, 2025 at 10 am to 12 noon, followed by burial at Pequest Union Cemetery in Great Meadows.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite charity for those in need at Christmas.

    Aunt Fran was a gem to all that knew her. She will be missed. She had a great life with her family and her siblings. May her family find comfort at this time. I could see them all being reunited in heaven. Partying and dancing the polka. God bless you all! Hugs!

    Sorry to hear of Fran’s passing, she was in my high school class of 1947
    she and I shared a part in the senior class play “Spider and the Fly” memories that I cherish .
