Philip Dattolo passed away on Monday, November 2, 2026. He was 84. Philip was born on May 8, 1942 in Alcamo Sicily. He moved to the United States at 11 years old. Philip married his wife Nancy on April 24, 1966.

Before he retired, Philip was the owner of Pete’s Pizza in Morristown. He loved to garden, sing, and tell funny stories. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was beloved by his friends and family.

Philip is survived by his three children, son; Baldo Dattolo and his wife Elena, son; Vincent Dattolo and his wife Tina, daughter; Antoinette and husband Albert Joseph.

He is also survived by his eight grandchildren, and great-grandson. granddaughter; Angelina, grandsons; Donald, Philip, Matthew, Michael, Alexander, Christopher, Albert Joseph, and great-grandson; Kayden. Philip is survived by his sister Cathy Maltese and her husband Lorenzo, his brother Paul Dattolo and his wife Liz.

Philip was predeceased by his wife Nancy Dattolo, his parents, Baldassare and Antonia Dattolo, his brothers Anthony and Joseph Dattolo.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, November 8, 2026 at Cochran Funeral Home 905 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840 from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm.

A funeral service be held on Monday, November 9, 2026 at Cochran Funeral Home beginning at 10:00 am. Entombment will be immediately after the funeral service at Hackettstown Union Cemetery, Mountain Avenue Hackettstown NJ 07840.
