Robert Donald Wyker, Sr., age 77, of Hackettstown passed away Monday, September 25, 2023. Robert was born July 30, 1946 in Hackettstown, NJ to the late George and Louise (Emery) Wyker, Jr. In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Patricia, his son, Keith, his brothers, George III and his wife Georgegene, John “Jack”, and Edward, his brother-in- law Eugene.
Robert was a dedicated veteran who served proudly in the US Navy from 1966 to 1967. He was previously employed by Carbon Express, Jefferson, NJ as a Truck Driver. Robert dedicated his life to being a truck driver. A profession he was passionate about. He found solace in the great outdoors, enjoying hunting and fishing. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his daughters, Kristin Adams and companion Darren, Kathleen Walsh and husband Shawn, Michelle Zetterberg and husband Rob, Kimberly Ringwald and husband Chester, his sons, Robert Wyker, Jr. and wife Tami, Kevin “Beez” and companion Jennifer, a brother, Clement and wife Claire, sisters, Barbara and husband Robert, Katherine “Duke”, 14 grandchildren, Bobby, Kristyn, Stephanie, Kesha, Randi, Cori, Hayley, Chester, PJ, Jacob, Reyanne, Tylor, Christiana and Edward, 11 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and his beloved dogs.
A Visitation will be held at Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ Thursday, September 28 from 5 pm-8 pm.
A Funeral service will be held at Cochran Funeral Home Friday, September 29 at 11 am with Father Leopoldo Salvania officiating. Burial will be in Pequest Union Cemetery, Great Meadows following the service.
For those desiring, donations may be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Blvd., Staten Island, NY 10306 in memory of Robert.
