George M. Aber (76) passed away Saturday, July 23, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. George was a simple man who lived in the now. He worked hard and enjoyed spending his time with his family and fishing. George was born in Morristown, NJ. He graduated from West Morris Central in 1964. He and Barbara raised their family in Hackettstown, NJ

George leaves behind his wife of over 53 years, Barbara B. Aber (Bryan), son David M. Aber and his wife Kelly (Gallagher) daughters, Amy Aber, Beth Aber and her partner Kristen Parkins, Megan Goodenough and her husband Randall Goodenough. Grandchildren Liam M. Goodenough, Kelsi Goodenough, Samantha Aber and Jacob M. Aber. Brother William Aber and his wife Helena, sister Susan Aber, Mother in Law Gina Bryan, Sister in Law Vivian (Bryan) Hill and her husband William Hill.

George was predeceased by his parents George M. Aber Sr and Eleanor Aber, Father in Law Richard B. Bryan, brother in laws Richard Bryan and James Bryan, and his granddaughter Paige Olivia Aber.
George leaves behind many nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.

A memorial visitation will take place on Saturday, July 30, 2022 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm at Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840.
