Born Andrea Jane Kepner on October, 20, 1939 in Port Royal, PA, she was the daughter of John and Gertrude (Smith) Kepner.  She was united in marriage to Frank Aron on February 12, 1972.  Mr. Aron survives at their home.  She is also survived by her three children Judy, Dan, and Susan and her five grandchildren Jacob, Lydia, Jennifer, Allison, and Elias.

Andrea was a faithful member of Zion Lutheran Church in Long Valley, NJ.

Andrea graduated from Tuscarora Valley High School and spent her working years as a medical transcriptionist at the Dover and Hackettstown Hospitals.

Her greatest passions included baking and gardening.  She looked forward to Christmas cookie season and made the best chocolate peanut butter fudge in the world.  She also cultivated and cared for many plants and flowers.  She loved animals of all sorts – especially her beloved pets Ginger, Fluffy, Sunny and Spot.  Her favorite place to be was snuggled next to them on the couch, watching TV shows about wildlife and zoos.  She absolutely adored her grandchildren and was very proud of everything they did and their many accomplishments.  Her family was her life, and she will be sorely missed.

The family will be holding a private funeral service for her on Monday.
