September 27, 2022 at 12:32 amPhyllis and Family, Charlie was my hero in so many ways and he shared his strength with me during my wife’s lung cancer and my prostate cancer. I always admired how forthcoming he was when discussing how he was feeling. He didn’t beat around the bush, he told you what was going on with a great attitude. I’ve known him since he joined the NGCA, tho’ I wish I knew him longer. I’ll never forget his interest in watching me run the Autocross at Carlisle. It was truly a highlight of my time there.
Brenda and I wish you all the strength you can muster from your memories of a fine person.

September 27, 2022 at 1:27 amI am so very sorry for the loss of this great man. He loved his family so much. What a great husband and father he was. He was the best soccer coach I have ever had the pleasure of traveling with. Boys and especially his girls not only played so well for him but loved him. Please know how much I am thinking of you all. He is with his heavenly father now and free of pain. My prayers are with you

October 1, 2022 at 8:14 pmCharlie was my oldest brother. I always referred to him as my big brother. When I was growing up he would help me with my homework, taught me how to ride my bike, played basketball with me and played king and queen handball in front of our house with me. I learnt at a young age that big brothers look out for you. I have fond memories of watching Charlie play drums with his band down our basement. It was so exciting to have live music blasting out of our basement windows. One of Charlie’s favorite songs to sing was Mony Mony by Tommy James and the Shondells. My friends and I would sit outside the open basement windows in our driveway and sing along. I was so proud of my big brother. Later in my life I alway knew my brother was always there for me. If I needed personal advice or if I needed help taking care of my parents I knew I could count on him. Rest In Peace Charlie you will have a special place in my heart always.
Rest In Peace big brother 🙏❤️
