Edna Gardella (nee) Vander Gaag 79 of Mansfield Township passed away at home on December 28, 2020. Edna was born in Goes, Netherlands on September 17, 1941 to the late Cornelia and Gerrit Vander Gaag.
Edna is survived by her beloved husband John W. (Jack) Gardella of 56 years. Three sons: Jason Gardella and wife Debbie, Kurt Gardella and wife Conni and Derik Gardella and wife Robyn. Five grandchildren: Jason, Jessica, Isabella, Hannah and Julianna. Brother: Rob and Anneke Schot of Zeeland, Netherlands.
Edna’s career started at JCP&L in Morristown and then to the People’s Bank in Hackettstown.
Her most pride was her home and being a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother (Omy). She made it a special place for her family, filled by support and love to them all.
All service are private.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840.
