.He served in World War II. He received the Meritorious Plaque as well as the World War II Victory Medal. Upon his honorable discharge from the military, he resumed his studies in electrical engineering at City College of New York earning a Bachelor’s degree.

He married Estelle Brodzansky in 1947starting a family .His children included Stephanie, Marcelle, Millard, and Kennard. He started a business repairing various electronic devices, especially in radio and television, as well as commercial air

conditioning installation. He moved from Brooklyn to Franklin Square, then West Hempstead.

 He spent his final years in an independendent living facility near his son Millard and daughter in law Lisa.

 He is now with his wife Estelle, and children Marcelle and Kennard.

He is survived by his son Dr. Millard Strutin, and daughter Stephanie Zuckerman. His grandchildren, Collin, Sarah, Billy, Ben, Chari, Jillian and Seth. His great Grandchildren Graham, and Zahira, Fallon, Charlotte, and Gavin. Daughter in law Lisa Strutin, and son in law Elliott Zuckerman.
