She left a lasting impression on all of her customers and especially her co-workers who over the years became her “family”. Kim loved to stay busy. In addition to working at Tickner’s she worked at several local horse farms over the years.  When she was not busy working or taking care of animals, Kim loved going to the bowling alley on Friday nights to watch her son and daughter-in-law bowl in their leagues. In her downtime, she enjoyed getting to spend time at the shore in Stone Harbor with her brother and family.
Kim is survived by her brother Mark Semon of Stone Harbor, NJ. Brian (Stefanie) Kopack of Washington, NJ. Daughter, Karry (John) Kertesz of Milford, NJ. Beloved Granddaughters Jasa Kopack, Campbell and Morgan Kertesz.

I am so sorry to hear of Kim’s passing. For the past 15 years, I stopped in Tickners frequently with my dogs and always chatted with Kim who was always happy and friendly. I will remember her smile and laugh. I felt like I knew her, though that was likely because of her kindness and personality. Prayers to her family.
