Shue-Ying Lee, age 83, of Hackettstown, NJ died Saturday, December 26, 2020 at Heath Village, Hackettstown, NJ.  Shue-Ying was born February 16, 1937 in Hong Kong.  She was the daughter of the late Fung – Yung Come.

She was previously employed by Bridgewater High School, Bridgewater, NJ as a School Aide prior to that she and her husband owned the Ying Ying Chinese Restaurant, Brooklyn, NY.  Shue-Ying was a loving and dedicated wife, mother and grandmother, she enjoyed spending time with them and they will miss her dearly.

Shue-Ying is survived by her two sons, Jackson Lee, Robert Lee and wife Siu-Ling, and her two grandchildren, Ryan and Shannon Lee.

A graveside service will be held 12:00 pm on Tuesday, January 5 at Frost Woods Memorial Park, 336 New Brunswick Avenue, East Brunswick, NJ.  Burial will follow.

Family requests that those who are planning to attend please meet at the cemetery before 12 noon.
