Fred was a patient of mine at the Orthopedic Institute. I loved seeing his smiling face. I always made a point to give him a piece of candy every time he came in for his knee injections. We used to talk about “the old days” and he was always such a upbeat person. I will miss him and sending much love and condolences to his family. Victoria Kummer
