Katherine Pajank age 87 passed away on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at Morristown memorial hospital.  She was the daughter of the late George Probst, Sr. and the late Isabel (Lyon) Probst.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Lynn Adams, her two cats, Cody and Punkin, and two nephews, James Massano and Thomas Massano.

Katherine loved animals, she enjoyed feeding the birds and spoiling all the pets in the house.  Most nights at dinner, she had a cat and dog jockeying for position on either side of her.  She and her late husband Ray enjoyed spending time outdoors, hiking, and fishing.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, May 21, 2023 at Cochran Funeral Home from 2-4pm and from 7-9pm.  A funeral service will take place on Monday, May 22, 2023 at Cochran Funeral Home at 11:00am with Chaplin Mario Spadarro officiating.  The burial will take place immediately after the funeral service at Hackettstown Union Cemetery.
