Grieve not…
nor speak of me with tears…
but laugh and talk of me…
as though I were beside you.

September 1, 2020 at 1:17 pmIt’s the anniversary of Phil’s passing…
This words in this song summed up our relationship. It was us against the world, every problem and issue, when we looked at each other, we knew it was going to be alright. A lovely day. This is the hardest part of my grief. I am facing everything without you, and it will never be the same. I miss you. Love, you’re Cathy.
Our Song: LOVELY DAY, BY BILL WITHERS
When I wake up in the mornin’ love
And the sunlight hurts my eyes
And somethin’ without warnin’ love
Bears heavy on my mind
Then I look at you
And the world’s alright with me
Just one look at you
And I know it’s gonna be
A lovely day
(lovely day lovely day)
(lovely day lovely day)
(lovely day lovely day)
(lovely day lovely day)
A lovely day
(lovely day lovely day)
(lovely day lovely day)
(lovely day lovely day)
(lovely day lovely day)
When the day that lies ahead of me
Seems impossible to face
And when someone else instead of me
Always seems to know the way
Then I look at you
And the world’s alright with me
Just one look at you
And I know it’s gonna be
A lovely day
(lovely day lovely day)
(lovely day lovely day)
(lovely day lovely day)
(lovely day lovely day)
A lovely day
(lovely day lovely day)
(lovely day lovely day)
(lovely day lovely day)
(lovely day lovely day)
(lovely day lovely day)
(lovely day lovely day)
(lovely day lovely day)
(lovely day lovely day)
