Shirley Marie Powell, age 87, of Hackettstown, NJ died Friday, January 21, 2022. Shirley was born March 27, 1934 in Hackettstown, N.J. She is the daughter of the late Harry and the late Sarah (Deremer) Schmeal.
She is survived by, 3 sons, David Ehrhardt, Richard Ehrhardt, William Powell, 2 daughters, Linda Magennis and her husband Rick, Michelle Strickland and her husband Ken, 1 Sister, Diane Mazzella, 5 Grandchildren, and 5 Great Grandchildren. She was pre deceased by her husband, William Powell, 3 brothers, 2 sisters, and 1 grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Cochran Funeral Home. The funeral will be held 10:00 am on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, N.J. Burial will be in Pequest Union Cemetery, 30 Cemetery Road, Great Meadows NJ.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, January 26, 2022 from 4 – 8 pm at Cochran Funeral Home, Inc., 905 High Street, Hackettstown, N.J.
