Jerry Dennis Rhines, 78 of Auburn, NY and formerly of Hackettstown, NJ passed away at the Auburn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center on April 11, 2024. Born in Norton, VA,  Jerry was the son of the late William C. & Beulah Turner Rhines, Jr. Jerry and his beloved wife, Nancy have lived in Auburn for the last 4 years moving from Hackettstown, NJ where he lived most of his life.

Jerry was employed by the Elastimold Corporation in Hackettstown for over 35 years retiring as a supervisor. Years ago, Jerry enjoyed going bowling with friends and family. Jerry is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Curl Rhines at home. Three daughters, Lisa Zavataro, Lori DeLorenzo & Lundi Denise Rhines. One brother, Gary Rhines & three sisters; Bernice Williams, Betty Rhines & Glenda Rhines. He had eleven beautiful grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a daughter, Tara Jean Rhines.

There will be a period of visitation on Friday, April 19, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ. Funeral services will be on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 10:00 am in the funeral home. The interment will take place at the Hackettstown Union Cemetery, Hackettstown, NJ.
