Sally L. Spencer, 68, passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at home surrounded by her family in Washington, NJ. She was born in Newton Memorial Hospital, Newton, NJ on August 1, 1952 to the late James A. and Anne Cooke Knapp. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from American Intercontinental
University in 2006 and had a varied working career. Retiring from NKBA as a career design consultant.
Sally enjoyed spending time with her family and was a very loving and devoted Grandmother and Aunt, with a sense of humor, and her generosity, kindness, and
a caring friend to all who knew her. She was a 25 year member and Past Matron of Stewart Chapter #166, Order of the Eastern Star of New Jersey.
The beloved wife of 32 years to David l. Spencer, Sally is survived by her children, Tracy Domrzalski and husband Donald, Kimberly Stewart and partner Matthew
Schwarz and two granddaughters Paige Elizabeth and Samantha Domzalski. Surviving are her sisters Carol B. Hart and Dianne L. Thorn and husband Allen,
several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her beloved sister, Beth Cooke Knapp and brother-in-law
William D. Hart.
A memorial celebration will be held at a later date.
