September 29, 2022 at 10:52 pmThe neighborhood will not be the same. He was always there for us. Our sympathies to his entire family. I will never forget when he pulled up his Belgian, Bill, to plow a new garden for me. I have it on video forever. Fun times throughout the years. Be at Rest now and God bless Wayne.
